This web-managed POE switch features 8x auto-sensing POE rated ports that can supply up to 30W per port. With the web-based management, you can log into the switch and see information regarding the network activity such as the power consumption and which ports have connected devices. This switch also includes 19" rack-mountable brackets, the switch would occupy 1U rack space.

Includes POE safety features such as surge (4kV), overload, short-circuit, and high voltage protection for all RJJ45 ports as well as auto-sensing for POE connected devices so that POE is only active when it is supposed to be.

This switch also has the innovative Intellnet PDM (powered device monitor) feature that watches the POE enabled devices to see if they are responding normally and automatically power cycles them if they stop responding. This feature is huge for professional installers because now instead of a service call and having to power cycle the devices yourself it is being done automatically. You can can manage the time needed to power cycle the device in the web mangament or completely disable the feature if it's not something that is applicable in your installation.
